The workflow it published
A shopper selected an item, the agent arranged domestic purchase, the warehouse received and photographed it, and selected items could then be submitted as an international parcel. Those stages involved different decisions and costs.
What that never proved
Warehouse photographs did not authenticate products or guarantee fit, durability, route eligibility, customs treatment or delivery. Another agent may use a different process, so read its current terms from the beginning.
