Should I always size up?
No. Compare the exact item measurements with a garment or insole that fits you. A size label alone is not enough.
Can a product image replace warehouse QC photographs?
No. They are different evidence. A listing image shows how an item is presented; warehouse photographs may show the received item. Neither proves authenticity.
What trainer measurement should I request?
Ask whether the insole can be removed, then request a clear heel-to-toe ruler photograph for the exact size option.
Why can colours differ between photographs?
Lighting, camera processing and screens affect colour. Ask for another view in neutral light when the difference matters.
Does approving QC guarantee UK delivery?
No. Item condition, parcel eligibility, carrier handling and import requirements are separate checks.
Can I place a new order through this website?
