What visible QC checks can and cannot tell you
Treat each photograph as bounded visual evidence—not a quality score or authentication service.
Read only what the photograph shows
- Confirm the photographed item and selected option match the order.
- Look for visible marks, obvious asymmetry and misplaced details.
- Check whether lighting or angle makes colour and shape ambiguous.
- Request a specific extra view when the available photograph cannot answer the question.
A photograph has limits
A listing image is not a warehouse QC image. Neither image type proves authenticity, durability or delivery eligibility.
Ask one answerable question
Identify the exact area that remains unclear and request a view that answers that point. A general request to “check quality” does not define what should be checked.
